Yes! After you receive your first bill you can call us at: 877-661-6104, go to Walmart Health portal or visit our clinic to set up a monthly payment plan for your outstanding balance.

If you do not have health insurance or are not using it, under the law you have the right to receive a good faith estimate for the costs of your scheduled services.

To receive a good faith estimate, make sure you:

· Schedule an appointment at least 3 business days in advance. When you schedule care 0-2 business days in advance, you aren’t entitled to get a good faith estimate. When you schedule care 3-9 business days in advance, you’ll get the estimate within 1 business day. When you schedule care 10 or more business days in advance, you’ll get the estimate within 3 business days.

· Ask your provider directly for an estimate if you aren’t given one.

If after receipt of your medical service(s), you receive a bill that exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you will have the opportunity to dispute the charges. Please make a copy or take a picture of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.
